Owl’s Hollow Hydroponic farm was established in May 2001 as a commercial lettuce and basil grower serving the groceries and restaurants in our area as well as a farmers market in Birmingham.

Our products are grown actually floating in water which contains all of the nutrients they need. When we harvest, we leave the roots on so that they stay fresher in storage and keep their flavor longer.
